Recommendation
Dr. Garvin Dykes, Executive Director
Baptist International Outreach
To All Concerned Brethren:
It id with great pleasure that I introduce to you Justin and Danielle Sauder.
They have been called of God to go to the country of Zambia to serve as church-planting missionaries,
have finished their education, served faithfully for some time in New Testament Baptist Church in Maynardville,
Tennessee, been approved by Baptist International Outreach and are now ready to do full-time deputation.
I have not only had the opportunity to interview them, but have also been privileged to observe their lives
and service to the Lord. I visited their church often and found them faithful in all things.
Justin was able to preach for a period when they were without a pastor and did a commendable job.
Danielle does not go blindly into this work with her husband because she is a pastor's daughter.
If you are able to add a missionary, I strongly urge you to consider Justin and Danielle.
They have visited Zambia and know other missionaries who serve with our board in that needy country,
so they will start from a strong base. I can state categorically because of my own extensive travel
there that many regions in the nine provinces have not been reached with the gospel at all.
In my opinion the Sauders will do a great work there.
His Servant and Yours,
Garvin Dykes
Pastor Brad Ingram, Truth Baptist Church

Dear Pastors,
I would appreciate just a few minutes of your time in allowing me to introduce to you Justin and Danielle Sauder.
I have had the privilege of serving as their pastor, and I can bear witness to their faithfulness to the Lord and their commitment to His work.
Justin and Danielle are assured of the Lord's call upon their lives to serve in Zambia.
In preparing for the work of missions, they have received training at Bible college as well as trips to the field to shadow and assist veteran missionaries.
As Justin and Danielle's pastor, I have personally observed as they have given themselves whole-heartedly to God's work through the local church.
I believe, as I am sure you do, that no one is fit to serve Christ in the foreign field unless they are willing to serve Him in His church at home.
Justin and Danielle have given themselves to evangelism in the ministry here through personal soul-winning, teaching and mentoring teens, vacation Bible schools, and bus routes.
Their work in these and other ministries clearly demonstrate the desire they have to be spent for the Great Commission at home and abroad.
Justin and Danielle are confident they have found God's will in Africa in the country of Zambia.
This family would enhance your church's missions ministry and would bear fruit to your account.
I recommend you have the Sauders come and present their burden and work to your people.
I have no doubt Justin and Danielle will labor fervently in Zambia and would be good stewards for the resources givem to them by local churches such as yours.
Would you please consider this couple in your prayers?
Let us work together to help them get to Zambia as quickly as possible knowing that "the night cometh, when no man can work."
Yours in Christ,
Pastor Brad Ingram

Dear Brother and Sisters in Christ,
I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Justin and Danielle Sauder for a prayerful consideration in your missions program.
My wife and I are grateful to the Lord to have Danielle as our daughter and Justin as our son-in-law.
We not only know personally the integrity of their lives but also we have seen firsthand the burden they have for the lost.
The Lord has further burdened them for the peoples of Africa, and Zambia in particular.
I can assure you that they are rooted and grounded in the Scriptures and I am convinced they will serve uncompromisingly to share the good news of our Saviour.
Not only can I recommend them spiritually and morally, but I can also commend them for having a goal-oriented tenacious work ethic.
You can rest assured they will be dedicated to pray, study, and present the Gospel to those in the field wherein they are called.
Furthermore, I would humbly request that whether or not the Lord leads you to support them in their material needs please list them continuously before the Throne.
Till He Comes,
Pastor James E. Branscomb

To Whom it may concern:
I find great joy in meeting other missionaries. When they also are of sound doctrine, and have the vision for making disciples for Jesus Christ, I count it a double blessing.
It is therefore my privilege to introduce to you Justin and Danielle Sauder.
We here at Baptist International Outreach are pleased to endorse them as church-planting missionaries to the country of Zambia.
Through my years of on-the-field experience, I know the great need Africa still has for soul-winners, church planters, and disciple-makers.
Because we believe the Sauder's can be used of the Lord to bring forth fruit that will glorify the Lord Jesus, we wholeheartedly recommend that you consider them to become one of your church's missionary outreach partners.
For Christ's Eternal Glory,
Terry L Childers
